What Is a Meaning of True Happiness?
I quote “A state of being in which your thoughts, feelings and actions are in unions and you are ecstatic and absorbed in your true being or one with Universe”. By Dr. Maxwell Maltz in Psycho Cybernetics; it is something similar in context to my understanding of happiness.
Dr. Maxwell Maltz provides a scientific and educational perspective for the philosophical perception of happiness. Psycho Cybernetics also presents a historical account which defines happiness and further defines the terms that it might be applied in discerning its quality… One must read the book to ascertain the qualification of the rhetoric, to make an intelligent decision on the validity of the proof provided in this theory that qualifies the – terms of happiness…
You see these axioms, algorithms and rules are the ways (beginning) and means (source) to reckon the end (origin) of happiness in your lifetime…
So in the scheme of things accrued happiness is a function of many variables that formulate the final analysis of the happiness condition… It takes a lifetime of experience to determine the quality of the happiness one might accrue collect and accumulate…
Lifelong Learning The fifth key to happiness is to adopt an attitude of lifelong learning. Your goal each day should be to learn something new. As you encounter new people and situations, look for the wisdom that can be extracted from them. Particularly in areas where we believe we made a ?mistake?, seek to uncover the lesson. There is always a lesson to be learned.
Is Happiness About Mr. Will Smith the Begin or End?
Happiness for a business man may mean success. So, really now, how do we become genuinely happy? Simple. You don’t have to have the best things in this world. Its about doing and making the best out of every single thing. When you find yourself smiling at your own mistake and telling your self “Oh, I’ll do better next time”, you carry with you a flame of strong will power to persevere that may spread out like a brush fire.
Happiness Is a Universal Emotion
In every jungle, village, city, house, country, building and so forth has happiness. However, emotions such as anger, fear, grief, sadness and so forth are present as well. At the university of California Medical School in San Francisco a study was conducted by psychologist Paul Ekman. He went around the globe and noticed that there were smiling faces everywhere. This lead to the belief that we are born with emotions and that emotions are not learned behavior. However, what you learn can help you reach happiness.
Positive Life Framing The third key to happiness is positive life framing. There are three ways to view any piece of information? positively, negatively or neutrally. Viewing information as neutral is the best way to go through life. It allows us to accept everything as it comes and to stop resisting what actually is in any given moment. However, many of us have great difficulty with that one.
Your happiness likewise depends upon your ability to please at least yourself in all things. However, most people are reluctant to use their own happiness as the standard by which to judge the events in their lives. This is primarily because we let others define or affect what brings us happiness. And we often believe it is more important to make other people happy than it is to make ourselves happy. This is nonsense.
If you want to know how to be happy, why not ask the people who are happy most of the time? Many people who are happy usually have had someone there who made them feel special. Other times, happiness branches from a successful education or business path. Some people find happiness while helping others or donating to charities. No matter what you do that gets you happy, it just feels great.
